Detail Description

- Provide assistance and support injob analysis & evaluation, development and maintenance of job evaluation, re-grading and establishing job family standards.- Write job descriptions and supervise the maintenance of job descriptions for every department.- Implement reward and recognition program.- Assist in designing operating models and organisation structure strategies.- Coordinate Defining the functional roles and structures.- Developing job profiles.- Carry-out comparison study of positions, internally and externally, and provide recommendations for grade level changes, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.- Maintain updated organizational charts for all departments.- Conduct research work and assist in development of competency frameworks.- Gather feedback and lessons learned from all employees and recommend enhancements/corrective actions to the talent performance management system/competency model. - Coordinate to Develop, implement, monitor and update employeesï¿½ career development plans and retention plans. - Preparing necessary reports for HR Planning & Performance. - Conduct environmental surveys and present analysis. - Conduct exit interviews and present monthly analysis report following exit interviews.
