Detail Description

• To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for sales personnel, to enhance their skills and knowledge to achieve sales objectives.
• To work with the Div./ Department Heads to develop the Sales Training strategy which supports the delivery of company priorities and meets operational requirements.
• To produce course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that are necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses.
• To review trainee feedback, and evaluate effectiveness of training and course outcomes; identifying areas for improvement.
